After over a year of intense legal battle, the Prosecution in the war crimes trial of Former Liberian President Charles Taylor, is about to close its case. Over the course of the year, the Prosecution has levelled eleven count charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity against Mr. Taylor
But what’s the greatest hope of the prosecution in this case, and what’s the greatest challenge? These were some of the questions that Joseph Cheeseman posed to Mr. Stephen Rapp, the Prosecutor of the Special Court for Sierra Leone.
