Kampala, March 31-- For a long time, young people have been left out in peace processes, yet they are often the most affected by conflict. As the Ugandan government and LRA rebels negotiate in Juba, southern Sudan, to end a brutal 20-year war in the north, the non-governmental Refugee Law Project recently launched a newsletter aimed at getting teenagers to talk peace. Pius Sawa of Radio Sapientia attended the launch press conference in Kampala.
